If your child is sick with a fever, cough, or shortness of breath, please call our office before coming to clinic
We are limiting the number of people who can attend the clinic visit to the patient and one caregiver. No additional family members, including siblings, will be allowed unless they are also being seen.
If you have an appointment scheduled
If your appointment date is before April 1, 2020
To align with the CDC, Minnesota Department of Health, and Children’s Minnesota, all CRCCS physicians are asking their patients to change their upcoming clinic appointment to a Televisit appointment.
If you prefer to be seen in clinic, this may be an option.
If your appointment date on or after April 1, 2020
Patients may be asked to change their clinic appointment to a Televisit appointment.
