Personal Bio

Dr. Hansen is a native Minnesotan, growing up just outside of St. Cloud. He graduated with a degree in chemistry from St. John’s University and subsequently received his medical doctorate from the Medical College of Wisconsin. He returned home to Minnesota for his pediatrics residency at the University of Minnesota and then completed his fellowship in pediatric critical care medicine at the Johns Hopkins Children’s Center in Baltimore, Maryland. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, drinking coffee, cycling, and traveling to new places.
