Ms. Herda is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who is a native of Albany, Minnesota. She earned her undergraduate degree at the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Minnesota, and a Master of Science degree at UCLA. She has extensive experience in pediatric pulmonary medicine; before joining CRCCS she worked in the Critical Care/Pulmonary Division of Children's Hospital of Orange County for 12 years.

She has special clinical interest in children with chronic illnesses; especially home assisted ventilation, CF, and asthma.

Ms. Herda lives in Minnetonka with her husband, Vince, and their two children. In her leisure time she enjoys volunteering at her kids' schools, outdoor activities, and reading.
